This is the most I've ever paid for a rental car in my life! $100 a day! But, considering it was the only car available in the entire New York area on short notice for the July 4 weekend, I felt lucky to get it. The lady who picked us up was a bit distracted but the two fellows we dealt with at the offices to pick up and drop off were lovely. If we had to, we'd rent from them again. We felt well taken care of.
Chris at College Point location is super nice and very helpful. Would rent again with him.
Empire made it easy to rent and was affordable. Had to the car from Friday to Monday and paid less than $300. The staff were super nice and I will definitely continue to rent from them until I get my own car.
Great service, Will rent from again
Staff on the phone was not as helpful, but in person the staff was very friendly and helpful. My car wasn't ready at the time I specified, and I had to wait for it to be transported from another rental location (even though I arrived 45 min after my reservation started). It was a little annoying to have to wait when I was already running late, but I understand it's a busy rental season and things happen.
I was very happy with the quality of service and no hassle rental and return of the vehicle. WILL RETURN!!
