Everything worked out great with the van. The staff at the Fordham office were great and helped take care of everything. I will definitely rent again from Empire the next time I need a van like that.

My vehicle had been inadvertently been misdirected. Nevertheless, the station manager, Beverly, explained the mix up and got my vehicle to me in time to allow for the family trip we'd planned. Thanks, Bev, for ensuring the grand time my family enjoyed. Daddy was a hero!
The extra fee should be proportionate to the renting duration. For one day that costs 100USD you shouldn't ask the client to pay 300USD. In general, I was satisfied with my rental experience. International licences and foreign bank credit cards are not being accepted in some other agencies, as opposed to Empire.
