They told me to make the payment in advance. When I went to their office, they said they don't have the car for me. It wasted my time and was very disappointed.
I made my reservation online for 4 days rental (7/1-7/5) and followed by a call on 6/22. I was instructed to go to their office to submit the payment. I went to their office to pay for my tentL on 6/24 a week before. They said there was no car for me. It is very disappointing. How can I recommend it to my friends?

The staff here exceeded our expectations. The services we were provided were more than we had hoped for. We received more than our money's worth from this service. It was truly a blessing.
The entertainment system was difficult to operate. I should not have had to pay extra for traveling to Canada.

They did not have my car when I first showed up. Sent me to different agency. Was very upset about this because my time is incredibly valuable. People were all very nice, helpful, and clearly hard working though. The customer service on the backend helped make up for the initial issue.
So far, the most affordable prices and best service i have received when renting a car. Thank you for making it easy.
