Just wanted to shout out to the young man at the pennsylvania and Linden a site. He gave great customer service even inquiring how I enjoyed the mustang i'd rented. When i picked it up he and another gentleman made sure that i understood where everything was in the vehicle for my safety. Would def rent from this site again. Thank you!
Empire rental has always been my choice for renting vehicles. The staff is very courteous and knows the job. Miss Beverly, is such a warm and personable being. She makes renting a breeze. I will always use Empire and I strongly recommend them to each and all!!

That would be a very important trip to me, but they did not provide the van what I reserved on-line. And couldn't give me an other one. So, What could I say. Poor agency, I will never go back on their site and I will never recommend them. Sorry
Great experience with this rental company. I was a bit nervous renting here at first because it was not one of the large national known rental agency. The whole experience was great, would rent from them again.

They told me to make the payment in advance. When I went to their office, they said they don't have the car for me. It wasted my time and was very disappointed.

I made my reservation online for 4 days rental (7/1-7/5) and followed by a call on 6/22. I was instructed to go to their office to submit the payment. I went to their office to pay for my tentL on 6/24 a week before. They said there was no car for me. It is very disappointing. How can I recommend it to my friends?
