Always great and prompt service
The experience I have breading through empire Rent-A-Car was an extremely positive one. I had no issues whatsoever from picking up the vehicle to returning it. Will definitely frequent this place.
This is the third time we rent from this agency, the first two went well. This last time was a disaster: the car wasn't ready, despite our phone call one hour before the pick up to make sure it was and the agent saying it will went we come. We waited 2 hours to get the car. We arrived late to the wedding where we were expected because we were performing. This represent a lot of stress that could have been avoid if the rental company had done its planning job. Delays happen but this was too much.
There was no problem with the rental experience. Gloria and Kevin, two employees I dealt with, were both courteous and helpful.
