Unfortunately, the vehicle that I rented was not clean on the outside. At the location I rented from I was told that it did not have water at the facility to clean it. Huh? Another location for a clean exterior should have been mandatory.

The staff is always awesome ! I love the service they provide
absolutely the best deal around. It was a snow storm the day I was renting/returning vehicle. so it's understandable the office was closed at 4:30, while it was supposed to be open till 5. Nevertheless would be nice to get a warning that they were closing earlier due to weather.
