Jim and Patrick were both a pleasure to deal with! This was the second time that we've rented a mini cargo van from you and it suited our needs ideally. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Empire to friends.

Unfortunately, the vehicle that I rented was not clean on the outside. At the location I rented from I was told that it did not have water at the facility to clean it. Huh? Another location for a clean exterior should have been mandatory.
