Van was exactly what I needed for my trip
Rented online. Received a call in the morning that car wasn't available. Online said it was available.
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was not available. I was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes so that it could be delivered from flushing. Then there was an attempt to overcharge me until I showed my email confirmation. After waiting 20 minutes and not receiving my vehicle I took a lower model. There was no mention of my dissatisfaction with now being late or that the vehicle that I had booked was not what I was getting. Terrible customer service
The 15 passenger van had an odor, we had to febreze the entire van before transporting the youth group. There were dings, dents, chips all over the vehicle and even a 4-way crack in the left top corner of the windshield. There was no wiper fluid at all and the tire pressure sensor alarmed the entire time.
The day I went into the office the systems were down, waited an hour before being able to get the vehicle. Had to make other arrangements while I waited being that I needed the vehicle to go pick up my sister from the airport. The staff was very apologetic and understanding and made sure I left happy. Very pleased with my experience.
It said to include unlimited mileage. But the staff said it is for JFK flyer. It should states clearly on the despcription. I end up to pay extra $40.
The vehicle was great except for the interior lights that were blinking when turned on.
So far it was a straight forward deal except for the $200.00 deposit for the reservation that I have to explain to the office which was later rescinded after the return of the vehicle.
The car seats were a little stained. I would try to find a way to bleach out the seats in future. Service and car were great. Will continue renting.
Had to wait nearly an hour for my car ad was late for a job interview.
