process of renting is very convoluted -- i book a reservation, receive an email stating my rental is pending, then receive another email stating my rental is 'confirmed'. missed one call, though, so when i show up to pick up i am told my rental is NOT confirmed and that i needed to call them back after missing the first (and only) call they made to me. what was quoted as a $250 rental nearly doubled + a several hundred dollar hold made to my card + a very rude desk attendant... never again
The staff were terrific.
