I love renting with you, but the last selection of the car was horrible, I was scared to even drive it
Staff working the location were very nice , thorough and quick, the vehicle rented did not match. Inside seats were stained and dirty. Van had over 100k miles on it drove ok not great.
The van could have had a step.
The employee at the counter was not at all friendly. She was cold and made us feel that we were bothering her for even coming in.
