Extremely poor customer service
We got the van we needed. A little more expensive than I would have liked, and the inside of the van was pretty dirty, but it was fine. I didn't like that the level of gas I was expected to bring it back with was "5/8 full". Why not just round down to half? Or better yet, fill it up and expect me to bring it back full. You know perfectly well that I'm more likely to overshoot rather than hit exactly "five-eighths" and therefore donate gas to your company.
Rate quoted online was changed when picking up Vehicle, I was left with no choice but to pay the higher rate as my trip was scheduled in just few hours.
Overpriced at the last moment when we went for pickup. We confirmed everything but when picking up the van we had no choice but to pay extra $350 to take the van. I would not rent again from them.
