Although the van we ordered was not in the lot at the scheduled time, Beverly was extremely accommodating and made the experience much better. I would highly recommend her.

I wish you provided furniture pads with a cargo van rental. Many companies do this, and it would make the value of your rentals that much better.
My only "complaint" was that my "unlimited mileage" rental was really a 300 mile rental. Now, while I did not exceed the mileage, knowing it really was not "unlimited" was stressful.
College Point branch manager Chris was very welcoming and made all the rental accomodations perfectly. I greatly reccommend his proffesional and warm manner!
