I paid for the price for the vehicle I received not the class I reserved. I wish I had noticed before I left the facility. Good customer service would automatically generated the bill at the reservation rate. Ce la vie.
The customer services at this location was great. They were very attentive and the ride to the subway was greatly appreciated.
I went to pick up a vehicle that I JD reserves online only to be told that my reservation wasn't confirmed and they didn't have a va vehicle for me. I used empire before and never paid over the phone always at the location when I picked up the car. Then the staff was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I will NEVER use them again! I left without a vehicle and no one at that company cared or even care my business.
The vehicle wasn't there when i arrived i had an 8am pick up, vehicle was brought over at 9:30am and whoever brought it over had spilled coffee in the van, there was an half empty water bottle in the van. The vehicle was delivered an hour and half late.
