I love Empire! This was the smoothest rental I’ve ever done. The van was beautiful and clean. Exactly what I was looking for. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. If I get any hidden fees or extra fees I will change my rating lol. Thank you for everything!
It was a great experience renting and driving a car from you, I felt very comfortable, safe and well cared for.
I asked for a new looking van and a clean one , the person doing my reservation told me their vans are new looking and clean sanitized, when I picked up the van was completely not what i was expecting, looked like an old van and was very dirty, from dashboard to seats floor and walls al dirty, and also found garbage
