Received a price online and was told it would be different since I would be going out of state. Got a call from someone at the agency giving me the new price, but when I went to pick up, the price was higher. I requested a clubwagon online but got something different. The van we got had a serious alignment issue. The staff was very pleasant.

No surprise charges and the van was a great size and very comfortable. Also, staff was nice and helpful, it really made our trip a success. Def renting from here again.
Staff was great, but the vehicle was crap. The vehicle was filthy, not washed, and the floor and interior was dirty. The seats had caked-on food. It cost me $45 to wash and clean the vehicle. The Bluetooth audio never connected to my phone or anyone's phone. The check engine oil light came on. The vehicle rode like a box truck, it almost seems like the converted a commercial truck into a passenger van. Never had the sense that this was a luxury Sprinter that I thought I was paying for.

I requested a 15 passenger van rental priced @ $229. On the website it show a ford transit as the only 15 passenger van rental. However when I came to pick up the van it was a standard van.. I was so disappointed. I didn't know I had to be specific considering your standard 15 pass van is not even an option.. It's only an option for your 8 passenger van. I really didn't like my experience
