I made a reserv. three weeks in adance and gave a cc for a deposit. The rental was for a 15 passenger van, to be used to shuttle participants to a party. When I arrived @ the reserv time, I was told there was no van available. There were 2 others in front of me waiting for the same thing! I was told I would have to wait over an hour for one to "come back." Of course, at that time, the party would be over! This is unacceptable and terrible customer service.

My experience with Empire car rental was great. I would definitely use them for all of my rental needs and recommend them.
The gentleman who helped me was very helpful. I believe his name is Kevin. Other than that I don't think I will rent from this location anytime soon.
