My experience was horrible!!! I reserved at your Floral park location for 9am. No one there yet. I was told by the neighbor mechanic, that your location personnel must be running late. I waited patiently until 9:30 until I called the main office, frustrated, and was told they should be there already. I stayed until 10 and still......nothing. So I took my business elsewhere. My time is my money. No decent business does that to their customers. Your loss. I rent frequently. Never again from you.
