I will continue to use edge , the experience was very good all around , I'm going to Florida on vacation this summer , I will drive and I will rent the veh I'm using from edge.
The vehicle had some mechanical issues. Such as brake shaking ang steering vibrating.

Everyone was so Polite i wish i can remember everyone names. I know Beverly, and 2 Hispanic guys. This is my second time renting and its so close to home.
It was almost too easy, No red tape with credit cards and licences like the car rental giants...The team has us on the road in 10 mins of arriving & out the door after drop off. Fast, efficient, friendly service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a rental. We will be back!!
I requested for a full refund, I was not able to use the vehicle and I arrive early at the moment of the pick up. No one was in site to attend me.
It would be nice of your part to refund the amount that you already charge in my card.
So far is the worst experience that I have had.
Everything was great except the fact that the trailer & hitch came unmounted while I was driving the van! I thank God it happened at a slow speed without passengers and the safety chains kept the trailer from veering out into traffic. With that said (after calling the "roadside service" # more than 10 times before they called me back) they came right away and fixed the problem and we didn't have any more issues.
Great pricing, great customer service. I'll be back for my rental needs.
