I had a confirmed reservation to pick up a car on 12/24 at 8:00am. My car was not ready until after 2:00pm. The woman at the desk provided no information as to where the car was; no apology for the inconvenience; no attempt to solve any problem; no call to keep me apprised as to the status. When I finally picked it up and was understandably upset, I was told that she "didn't need my attitude."
Your mismangement caused me to miss Christmas Eve with my family.

I'm sorry to hear that the rental experience you received at the Fordham location was not up to par. I have tried to reach out a few times to you to go over what can be done on our side to make up for the poor service you received but have yet to get a response.

Great Vehicle - 15 passenger van in mint condition. Staff was very personable, helpful and clear with directions. The after-hours return was convenient. I will use again and would recommend to others. Empire - Gunhill Rd in the Bronx!
I found the company to be polite and thorough. They picked us up at our residence and returned us to same at the end of our stay. Very happy with our experience.
Everything was fine expect the office person took very long and was unable to print out my contract. The whole process took 1 hour and a half which for me is too long. Car was fine and staff was polite

The quote online was not the same when I picked up vehicle. Was told that since I am going out of state I had to pay an additional $50. That policy is not stated online.
I was never given a rental car. The Lady who attended to me said she cannot give me a car because it was her closing time and besides I must be resident in New York. She was very unprofessional and was shouting
Although I had to wait more than an hour for my car to arrive at the location where I'd rented from, the staff were courteous and kept me informed the entire wait, and they gave me a fair discount for the delay. Because the rental was for leisure and I didn't have anywhere to be on a tight timeline, this wasn't a huge problem for me and the low price made up for the inconvenience.
