Terrible experience. Will never rent from this Brooklyn location again. The car was filthy, heat and defroster wasn't working. Windows kept fogging.
They were not there when they told us to return the car and no one had the common courtesy to call and notify us. We were outside in the snow for hours before calling the main office. The actual rental location did not open until two days later. Very angry I wasted my money at this location.

I'm sorry you weren’t happy with the car that you received. We do strive to provide excellent quality service to all customers but unfortunately sometimes mechanical trouble does happen along the way and it appears that yours was an isolated incident for which I am truly sorry.
I did see that for your reservation you did chose one of our used 2011 cars which does state that these are used cars which are still loved and do come at a reduced price for being such.
I'm sorry that the rental didn't meet your expectations. Next time might I suggest that you choose one of our 2016 models available for rent. I think you will really enjoy one of those.
As far as the day of the blizzard of 2016, I'm sorry we had a communication breakdown but we did try to reach all customers and notify them of our snow day schedule.
I hope that you will go ahead and give us another shot and leave as a satisfied customer.

I had a confirmed reservation to pick up a car on 12/24 at 8:00am. My car was not ready until after 2:00pm. The woman at the desk provided no information as to where the car was; no apology for the inconvenience; no attempt to solve any problem; no call to keep me apprised as to the status. When I finally picked it up and was understandably upset, I was told that she "didn't need my attitude."
Your mismangement caused me to miss Christmas Eve with my family.
