Everybody was courteous and helpful and it helped make a great weekend!
Staff was great, but I wish they would've check the rear heat/AC .. Both times I rented the rear didn't work and when asked at drop off, I was told it might be a fuse.. Over all rental was good
Kevin, who I dealt with at the office, was very helpful and efficient.
I spoke with Linda on the phone in advance, and she was also flexible and helpful in getting everything set up, and very nice to deal with.
I wanted to try out a new rental company and not just the same old big giants. The experience was great and everything went as planned. I was a little worried as I had to return the car earlier on a time that the business was not open but that turned out to be a success as well!

I would like to see a pick up or drop off aspect added to the rentals. You have to get a cab as in my case for both sides of the rental.( no one to drive my car. )
I was charged an extra $100.00 which was to be returned when I returned the car. I signed a paper saying I received the 100 assuming it would be put back into my visa account. This never happened and now I have to get in touch with the renter to see how I will get it back.
I showed up to pick up my van on a Sunday morning and it was not available!!! The agent was nice and pleasant but could do NOTHING for me! It was so very frustrating because I had a group of people waiting for me to pick them up.
I DID NOT get my rental. I had to go to another company and pay a fortune at the last minute!
It was terrible terrible terrible and expensive!
