I’ve rented from the LIC location for years
My pickup location was changed to better accommodate me but when I arrived they did not have the exact van I needed/reserved. Had to drive that van to another location to get the correct vehicle. Unfortunately that created an inconvenience for me but beyond that, this company was great
The rental process was smooth swift. The staff was very professional and helpful. I will never rent from anyone else again.

I had no problems with the staff. They were all great. The Vehicle was not in the best shape. the staring was a little off. But overall I would rent from this company again.

costumer service staff were excellent, the parking attendants / staff were great - they were very patient with my 1000 questions and answered all questions with ease,.. easy transition, simple paperwork process,
Need to re-train your staff on greeting the customer when they enter your business. It's people like myself that help keep her sitting in the chair getting a paycheck.
