Great experience
I want to say," thank you" to the Empire Rent a Car organization for such an amazing experience! The staff that assisted me was hospitable and accommodating! In particular I would like to highlight Wilson, who I made the reservation and the staff at the Brooklyn location. Beverly, who I met in person, Mario, who prepared the van for us and gave us a tutorial on how to operate it and lastly Debby, who was instrumental in helping us with the vehicle return.

I reserved a Luxury Sprinter to go out and enjoy with my family a nice Holiday outing, but my reservation was for 9 in the morning and the Vehicle wasn't there, we waited "40 min." Then when arrived it wasn't clean so we asked the guy to clean.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE........
The automatic step didn't open..
The Audio didn't work...
The light in the sprinter worked only one....
Bottom line... We paid top price and couldn't enjoy the trip as expected....
