It was a grate experience
Great experience. I always get my van rentals from Empire.
Very happy I was able o go and see for myself what I was going to get, since on the Web there no access to pictures for people with less or no vehicle/van knowledge.
Staff very respectful and friendly, and Keven made everything easier , Thank you very much. !
Second time renting from them while my car get fixed. 1st car was better than 2nd although same make and model. Manager Gloria was courteous and explained all the charges up front no surprises.
Nice vehicle. Excellent service. The'clean the vehicle' requirement is bad. No rental companies (Avis, etc) require this.

Gloria D was very helpful, understanding, professional and went beyond to make sure I had a rental for that day. I will recommend friends family and associates to use this place. It was outstanding customer service is better than Enterprise.
The service was excellent and the van was clean, well maintained, and met our needs perfectly.
We needed a 15 passenger van for an upcoming trip in a pinch, and Empire delivered. We will only be using Empire from now on for our Van rental needs. The entire staff was very helpful. Shoutout to Patrick who took the time to show us how everything we need to know about the 15 passenger van. 5 Stars.
One of the vehicles had a Loud clicking noise and the brake felt high. The other was perfect. Beyond that they both served the purpose.
