I made a reservation , they didn’t have the car . Office person was rude to me about that, and saying I should of known to call first …. What ? So rude and awful manner staff.
The staff at the Bruckner Blvd location are wonderful So friendly, helpful and efficient. The van is in great condition, clean, easy to drive, full of gas. The rental is a little pricey...$1,000 for 2 days....but otherwise great service and quality vehicle.

We had a situation where we needed to secure two 12 passenger vans. Empire rental came through for our cross country team. It was a great service they provided. I was nervous as they were not a rental company on site. But they took care of everything and delivered the vehicles to the airport and picked them up at the airport. They were great. I would recommend Empire.

We had the rental scheduled for (2) days but returned it within (24) hours of picking it up. I am waiting for a credit for the unused day. I was told it can take (10) business days to know what amount is coming back.
