Good Service.
Experience was good but the car was my below expectations but other than that everything was good.
Gave top ratings 'cause EVERYTHING went so well, from Ray's 10AM phone reminder for 2PMpick-up(since location closes@3PM Fri?), to his prompt&pleasant service @pick-up, to the return day when another guy(Roy) handled things, again promptly. Both guys reviewed details, projected charges & then final results. I was reminded "No trucks on parkways," and I was off. Wish I'd known the truck's old dashboard had no GPS etc, but price was right & we managed! Will return & recommend!! Many thanks&👍

The vehicle was rented at a premium price and was kind of raggedy. The arm rests were broken. The video machine/tv was broken. The interior was shabby. The fender was broken. But we needed the vehicle to transport the family for a funeral. We were captive. Traveling mercies were granted us by God. We did what we needed to do and made it back safely.

When I got there, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get my vehicle because the guy hadn’t taken any photos The van was all beat upon the outside . There’s no one there to receive the vehicles you have to go around the back and do it yourself. How do I know that they didn’t leave the gas running and are now charging me for it. They put a $300 hold on my card June 8 and I only received $133 back Overall this place gets a 0 zero
