Rental company is HORRIBLE,customer service is WORSE! My reservation was for 7am,I didn’t get a vehicle until 9am and not the vehicle I requested!
Good rental experience with the company buy the van could be updated some 50 years past creation lol. Still happy for the help and the customer service was amazing.

The car was great! No damages, clean, and smooth ride. It was a quick check in and out of tge car. After hours pickup was spot on.

Biggg issue
Had a great overall experience. The staff I interacted with were, courteous and helpful in assisting me to secure the vehicle I needed at an affordable rate. They offered late- pickup and drop-off which was a plus. Vehicle was delivered clean interior and exterior. a/c worked well. It helped to make our road-trip memorable.
The New Hyde Park location folks were very helpful and made the rental process very easy and smooth. Reserved the 12 Seater van online, came to the location during pick up day, took only 10mins for verification of the information and another 10 minutes for the van check. It was very quick and easy. And the returning of the van is also smooth and very quick. Would definitely recommend. The vans were in good condition, good driving condition, and had 100% reliability. Thanks for the service!
