Everything went very smooth. Will definitely rent from Empire again.
On the way to our destination, the van had a blow out with the back tire. There was no equipment to change the tire and had o call state troopers because it was 2am. The van also had a shake anytime it drive past 60 mph hr which increased the time it took our trip and required us to rent an additional hotel room. We literally drove from Florida to Long Island doing 55 mph because we felt unsafe and even had the car checked out by a mechanic on our way home.

The rental was good but not the requested vehicle I wanted.
The customer service here is amazing. They worked really hard to make our situation work. The vehicles are impeccable. They were in great shape, easy to drive and met our needs. I have rented here before and I will rent here again. They are wonderful!
