The experience was exceptional. All the employees were nice and courteous to me and my needs.
I never felt more humiliated and embarrassed. I was told one price before I arrived and once I arrived. I feel like because I was black they changed the price to an extra 2100 dollars which was ridiculous. I would never rent or refer anyone to this place.
The worse customer service i ever experienced in my life. Horribly disgusting treatment i don’t know hot they are still in business. Not informative not knowledgeable no ounce of friendly or courteous. I will never use them again me or anyone else I know

I was not able to rent a car because I had 6 points on my license I also had a credit card and without any thought or consideration I was denied my partner was with me and she has a license and they didn’t even bother to check to see if she could rent it I would not recommend this company to anyone
The alignment of the vehicle was extremely bad and dangerous. Vehicle was not clean and didn’t get washed. The guy who washes the vehicle was very rude to me and my team. Jonathan was great and patient.
I was disappointed w. empire rental. I had rental a 15 passenger sprinter. The sprinter was extremely filthy on the outside and wasn’t clean inside. I asked to speak with a manager but was given the run around and hung up on several times. I finally spoke with a rep who informed me that managers was off & I would have to take the sprinter to the car wash & submit receipt for refund. I had no time for after 45 minutes had already been wasted. Was promised a follow up call Mon. Still NO CALL !
