The initial pickup was great, Staff that helped during pickup was amazing. Had some issues upon with the return but nothing that couldnt be handled. Spent a little more money than expected but the car was great and this was a last minute rental.
the vehicle was too expensive ($300 a day) and the policies were inflexible--a '3-day rental' does not mean 72 hours, but 3 calendar days. the place opens too late (8 am) and closes too early (3 pm) to make it possible to stay within those policies, so you wind up spilling over to the next day and paying an extra $300 event though you're not using it.
The rental process was nice and smooth, the car was very clean…I didn’t have any issues. In fact my family is already planning to rent again.

The vehicle needs to be clean and it needs oil
Marlene (on the phone) and Keven (at the counter) were EXTREMELY helpful to my wife and I. They were very sympathetic to our desperate situation and did everything they could to help us get a car. They made the entire process easy and other rental car companies could follow their lead. We would definitely recommend this company.

I rented a Mercedes Sprinter. I needed the car for a 9:30am pick up. The car wasn’t even at the location when I arrived at 9:22am. I was told it would arrive in 45 mins to an hour. It arrived an hour later. The vehicle was not clean and it the gas tank was not full. During my trip, the rear view mirror fell and became useless. When I returned, a staff member asked how the vehicle was. I mentioned the rear view and at first he laughed. They also tried to argue about the gas amount. Disappointed
