When I got there, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get my vehicle because the guy hadn’t taken any photos The van was all beat upon the outside . There’s no one there to receive the vehicles you have to go around the back and do it yourself. How do I know that they didn’t leave the gas running and are now charging me for it. They put a $300 hold on my card June 8 and I only received $133 back Overall this place gets a 0 zero
There was a ticket and I didn't get to know about this ticket till until it was overdue. So I had to pay a fine of $25 extra to the city. And the office wanted to collect another $25 for "administration Fees" for a ticket that I should have paid only $50 if I was contacted in a timely matter by mail, email or phone.
