Easy and fast
Received a confirmation email for this rental with a 4PM pick up time but upon arrival at the location it was closed.

The main issue I had was having to wait for 2 hours for the vehicle to arrive. Also the van did not smell the best. The shop manager, Ray, was excellent though.

This was a great experience. I wasn't sure at first as it was my first time but the staff was great from the rep on the phone, clerk at the location and the guy who cleaned the van at the Bruckner location, it was some really great customer service. Definitely will be rented from here again. Thanks!
