Staff was helpful and friendly.
1st time I used this rental car service and impresed how quick i get an available minivan while the other major rental car companies didn't have a car that size available.
The car wasn't ready at the agreed-upon time, and delayed my departure by two hours. Otherwise the experience with Empire was great. The car itself was nearly brand new, Empire's price was cheaper than the major agencies, and drop-off was hassle-free. I'd rent from them again.

The car was very fuel efficient and easy to park. It was great for highway travel and in-town travel. I depended upon it every day of the rental and it did not disappoint.
