Deposit was to high and employees where a little rude and passive
The car has less than half-tank fuel, did not have an apple play, navigation system, and no USB charging point to charge iPhone!

1st time I used this rental car service and impresed how quick i get an available minivan while the other major rental car companies didn't have a car that size available.
The car wasn't ready at the agreed-upon time, and delayed my departure by two hours. Otherwise the experience with Empire was great. The car itself was nearly brand new, Empire's price was cheaper than the major agencies, and drop-off was hassle-free. I'd rent from them again.
