One place tells you the vehicle you need is available, but the reservation must be done online or over the phone. You call, they keep you on hold for a while and they tell you they can't locate the vehicle you want anywhere in the state and you must call or go to those places specifically to inquire. You go next day and the vehicle you there yesterday is now gone and not available or sold out? WTF?! Me, my brother and my wife chasing the same vehicle for over a month without success. Terrible!!

Empire is a great rental company. They provided excellent and friendly customer service. The agent who checked out the vehicle was very helpful with his reminders about height restrictions for certain parkways. They exceeded my expectations.
