It was easy and quick. Very helpful. I love love love the car rental. The car rental they gave me was perfect and it didn't burn a lot of gas and I drove 4 hours to my location for 3 days and I only put full tank one time heading back home. The staff are awesome. I felt welcome... thank you empire car rental at bruckner blvd...
overall i can say, It was great experience.

First off. I kind of felt the gentleman asisting the agency takes a long time to do the paperwork. And then threat customers with lack of courtesy and politeness. The most disappointing thing about the Van was the bad cleaining performed. The smell inside the van was bad and the seats some of them looked all dirty. The assistant gave me 2 odor products but it didn't help. They should use seats covers and do some better inside cleaning.
Worst experience ever made a reservation and vehicle was not available complete waste of time
I would never use empire van rental again and would never reccomend it
