The staff was not knowledgeable of the options of the vehicle, so not very helpful in that matter.
EZ- Pass deposit was charged without getting my rental car. Reservation was canceled because of not having a drop off location at an international airport in the area, without being charged $150? Transactions were billed prior to car usage?
I called because I did not get a confirmation phone call, I was told they couldn't get a hold of me but then found that they had the phone number wrong. I was quoted a price that was good for the SUV that I requested but ended up with a Toyota and paid more for it
All staff were helpful and courteous. Wonderful place to rent from.

The only issue I had was that I was told I needed to vacuum the car before I returned it. Never had to do that with a rental before
