I was expecting a Toyota but I got a Mini Hyundai SUV. However I got a great experience with the car. It was great for me and definitely rent the same car if I have to. Roy was very helpful and made the process pretty quickly! The guy who gave me the car, was very courteous and helpful. Great customer service! I would define rent a car with them. I Always rent a car with budget of Hertz but the didn’t have any that day, and I am glad I did it with Empire! Great service and excelente car!
This was a seamless process for my first time booking a rental. In comparison to other rental company rates, Empire was the most expensive. However, I do commend the customer service, so that might be a trade-off. My only dissatisfaction was that I paid extra for a mid-size car, but received a compact car.

I never rented the vehicle, the website failed to mention that you needed 2 years of "driving" experience to be able to rent. I just rented with ZIP CAR WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE WAY CHEAPER AND SO MUCH BETTER. For one day with you it was $249, zip car $190 for two days. For the same SUV.
