I never rented the vehicle, the website failed to mention that you needed 2 years of "driving" experience to be able to rent. I just rented with ZIP CAR WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE WAY CHEAPER AND SO MUCH BETTER. For one day with you it was $249, zip car $190 for two days. For the same SUV.

The 12 passenger van was in good condition. We got it on time with no problems.
I was called the day before to confirm my reservation and told the van was being serviced and prepped for our rental. The van was FILTHY. It shook horribly at speeds of over 45mph. Sitting in the back row the van bounced so much passengers were nauseous.
