This was a great experience overall. From the booking process online, the call to give the deposit the pick up process was seamless the person that greeted was polite and efficient. Ray the guy that turned the vehicle over was knowledgeable of the vehicle and helpful getting me situated before leaving since I had never driven this size van before. The van itself was smooth to drive and well kept. My passengers had a great time and were all comfortable. I recommend Empire for any rental needs.
I only rent from Empire Rental. The store on Bruckner Blvd and White Plains Rd in the Bronx staff are courteous and very helpful. They are very professional and I recommend this store to anyone!
I made the mistake of showing up to my pick up time early but that didn’t change the fact I was still serviced and given a vehicle in a timely manner!
I was pleasantly surprised. I had not heard of this company. However, parking was horrendous. I had to park my personal vehicle on a side street a block away.
The truck was horrible. The alignment was absolutely shot, the door shook so much while driving it looked like it could open any time.
