The customer service lady Maria was rude. I reserved a particular vehicle they gave me something totally different,had a reservation for 8am didn’t get the vehicle till 10am. Seats in the vehicle were filthy and ever seat was stained with dirt. They have false advertisement on there website as well,for example it states that if you have AAA you receive a discount,well they didn’t want to honor that. The overall service from empire car and rental was the worst experience I have ever had....
