I received a rental that needed a oil change
We had a great experience for our last rental to Virginia using the Dodge Caravan (it was not our favorite the Toyota Sienna). We originally went for a mid-size car but we love the space a caravan holds and Miss Beverly was right there to help make the last minute change a breeze. The service is always great and reliable! Our first time renting from Empire was last year when for my grandmother's homegoing service - we needed to go to Buffalo asap & we now we use them for rentals all the time.

The rate went up I was made to take an Uber and had to wait more than 45 min on the snow because the car was not there at the time advised also the car was not the one rented the child seat was dirty as the car had marijuana smell all over
After making a reservation and reciving an confirmation to go and pickup the car I went there and I’m told that they actually don’t have any cars at all for the day. I would avoid renting there because they might just not have a car when you need it .
Horrible experience. I made an appt online. I waited a little over a day and received a call from an agent to finish the rental application. She took a credit card and informed me she would be charging 200 deposit and I would pay a total of 460 for the 2 days at the counter. Already very expensive but I said fine. I had a vacation planned and wanted to have peace of mind. I get to the counter and the guy has NO MASK! The entire time! THIS IS DANGEROUS AND UNACCEPTABLE! Then I was told it was 760
This was my first experience renting from Empire and I will definitely do so again
