It was a good experience
The rate went up I was made to take an Uber and had to wait more than 45 min on the snow because the car was not there at the time advised also the car was not the one rented the child seat was dirty as the car had marijuana smell all over
After making a reservation and reciving an confirmation to go and pickup the car I went there and I’m told that they actually don’t have any cars at all for the day. I would avoid renting there because they might just not have a car when you need it .
Horrible experience. I made an appt online. I waited a little over a day and received a call from an agent to finish the rental application. She took a credit card and informed me she would be charging 200 deposit and I would pay a total of 460 for the 2 days at the counter. Already very expensive but I said fine. I had a vacation planned and wanted to have peace of mind. I get to the counter and the guy has NO MASK! The entire time! THIS IS DANGEROUS AND UNACCEPTABLE! Then I was told it was 760
This was my first experience renting from Empire and I will definitely do so again

The services was good.
The woman whom I spoke to when I made my car reservation was supposed to deduct $200 as a deposit. On the day of the reservation, I was supposed to pay the balance. Unfortunately, the woman neglected to deduct the $200, so I had to pay over $800 at one time on the date of my rental. Thankfully, I had the money to take of it. However, if I didn’t, our Christmas plans would’ve been screwed and your company would’ve lost a sale.
On another note, the oil light came on.
Just returned from a trip north for Christmas; two day rental. Picked it up as scheduled and was given a clean 15pass van at a very decent rate for the holiday I might add. 500 miles free, came in under 300. No additional cost. The handling was great even in the bad weather. Bluetooth connectivity, need I say more. 2020 Ford 15 pass! Forgot to mention, I reserved a 12 pass; they didn’t have the 12 available at time of pick up and upgraded me to the 15 at no additional cost!! 54$ 2fill the tank
