The customer service was good.
Everyone I encountered at Empire was very courteous and professional, over the phone and in person. The office is well run and the people working there really care about their customers. I will definitely rent from them again as well as recommend them. Thank you Empire!

Service is pretty good ever time i go to get a car i have no problem wait time is no problem too me patient is the key but like I said I like you guys service but some time you have to drop the price on some of your cars too
