great vehicle and staff
They're was late to open but i was late
It was a pleasure to make business with Empire, the staff was great. Once I got to their office it was a fast and easy Process. Thank you so much.
Staff was nice and helpful. I do recommend to arrive earlier than the time you schedule to pick up your rental since there may be customers before you. There were only two people working so I had to wait a little longer than my original time.

I have to wait more than 1hr after reservation time on that day. I reserve the 8 seats Benz for $248 but i got 7 seats Toyota as same price.
Car was not what was reserved. Car was diuretic with half eaten food, gas tank only half full and clearly not cleaned well and kn Covid times this was shocking
It was an overall satisfactory experience
Vehicle defective, back door would not open from outside, this problem was demonstrated to us at car rental but they made it seem like it would resolve itself. It did not. When we dropped off van, doors would not lock.
The car was never confirmed, despite being told to "rest assured" that it would be.
