Vehicle defective, back door would not open from outside, this problem was demonstrated to us at car rental but they made it seem like it would resolve itself. It did not. When we dropped off van, doors would not lock.
The car was never confirmed, despite being told to "rest assured" that it would be.
Staff was very professional and courteous.

No wait to pick up the car and they were very honest about the dents and scratches on the vehicle prior to my renting. Slow wait to check the car back in though.

I was greeted very warmly upon arrival and to my surprise my vehicle was upgraded, Gloria was super helpful, even the gentleman giving me instructions on the vehicle (12 person van) ... i will def do business there again
