Something had gone wrong with the mirror, and since the only other vehicles would have to be brought from elsewhere, I waited for the car for almost an hour. A small SUV was made available, a bit more hulking of a vehicle than I prefer. It ended up being faster to simply fix the mirror. Luckily I wasn't in a terrible rush, and the attendant graciously lowered my rate, but had my car been onsite even only an hour before my reservation time, it or an alternate could have been ready when I arrived.

- had to stop by the office to ensure reservation (no phone contact on 3 separate attempts)
- Ian was very helpful while onsite
- Ian ensured a vehicle was transported to the office for pickup the next day

Although I had booked the car online and called to confirm three days prior to picking up the car, when I arrived at my scheduled time, I still had to wait an additional half hour before being greeted. Then, I found out that the car was not at the location and I had to wait an additional hour and a half for the car to be driven over. I was very frustrated, but the company did give me a bit of a discount -- which helped. Also, Ian and Arturo were (again) exceptional employees!
I was charged $53.35 For gas even though I filled the tank to the proper amount and did a walk through and inspection of the car mileage and gas and was told everything was fine
