Very dissatisfied with rate when i went to pick u the car. I was quoted $90.00 for the day upon my arrival it was $50.00 more and the gentleman lied about giving me a 90.00 rate and lied about sending me an email when it in fact had his name Robert@. And i had rented vehicles numerous times, yet they wouldn't honor the quote and i was going to return the vehicle the same day and he added a $25.00 return late fee because i was returning it after closing hours.
This was a very pleasant rental experience. I definitely enjoyed it.
It was a last minute rental, and the inli e reservation was smooth and easy. Once reserved, I received confirmation of my order. The very next morning, RAY RAY called me to confirm my information and he was immediately fun and easynto speak with. Once I arrived to pick up vehicle, RayRay was even much more full of life in person. The entire reservation was extremely affordable and I would highly recommend this agency. Excellent service and rates are even better!! Thank you!
