Marcus was great. Grom our first interaction which i may say started off rocky to due to the misunderstanding of payment method... He not only went above and beyond to make sure that i was accommodated and got me on the road. The next day he called to make sure i good and if i had any concerns or complications... the following week when i came back for another vehicle he was already ready for me to go... he continues to follow up and make sure everything is running smoothly...thanx Marcus.

To rent a car from this agency was not bad , the only thing about the agency is that I saw that the car was not disinfected and cleaned well after someone body else used the car. The car had crumbs of potato chips and stain of some sort of food on the seats , we had to clean and sanitize the car before my family and kids got in it. The other think we notice at the rental space is that they dont have a car maintainace person that checks the car before is rented to people,, which is not safe,

Made a reservation and called the number given but no one answered for 2 days. Got to the place with my email and screenshot, and they said they don’t have my reservation on file. Then told me they didn’t have the car I reserved. After speaking with the manager of the site, they told me it was a $300 deposit which I knew nothing about, a different car which cost more than the one I reserved & they said if I didn’t have insurance I had to purchase theirs for $163 a day. They wanted $690. No

I rented a truck from Empire, and when I arrived on time with my email reservation the vehicle was not their. They where not able to get me another vehicle. I had to move out my entire three bedroom house that same day. It was a Sunday morning. SMH. So they left me needing a 26 foot truck. The gentleman at the front desk said he was looking to see if he could get me another truck and would call me if he found anything. Obviously he didn't' find anything and did not give me a courtesy call. Fail

I must admit the beginning of my reservation process was a bit rocky. However the customer service at the Gun Hill location was wondrous. Ray was a great help. Not only did he help me select what I need to assure a safe and comfy ride on road. He assured great prices with no surprises
