You should offer an unlimited miles option. I was constantly looking to make sure I wouldn’t exceed the mileage and be charged more money

Two main issues.
I waited about two hours to pickup the rental. The process was unnecessarily long compared to every other car rental company.
I found rotting food in a container in the rental after I picked it up and drove away. Unacceptable.
The car was filthy and not waiting for us. I was told this would be contactless due to COVID-19 and it was not. The attendees touched my debit and credit cards, there was no hand sanitizer offered and the car was filthy. Luckily I bought disinfectant wipes but during these times that was very unsettling. Will never use this rental company again.
I have used empire for several years and I’m very disappointed, the car was not even on site they need improvement with there service. Two hours I had to wait for the car unacceptable.

Arturo (at the site) was awesome! He was so helpful and patient and really took his time explaining things to me. There were some hidden extra fees and I haven't yet gotten my refund for the security deposit I had to put down. Hopefully I'll get it back soon.
My only negative is that when I was calling to ask about the cars, the only person via customer service who was helpful was Ian (who was so kind). There were two women I spoke to over the phone who were extremely rude and nasty.
Staff and service was fantastic! It took a long time to process my payment, even through I had to send through all the information the day prior. Having said that, I couldn't fault the service and the car was great. When I got back a very kind man offered to drive me home. His surname started with an M but I was so tired that I forgot it but he was very good.
