Great customer service at the facility. I didn't know they could've picked me up. I paid over $25 to get to the location. I know better next time.

I do not understand if you thought $63.99 was to much money then why did you book it then not show up for it. It cost money to move vehicles to and from locations manpower gas and tolls. Our rates are very reasonable for Bronx New York.
This is the second time that I've rented from this location, this year. The level of service has been high on both occasions.
This was our third year renting from Empire, we find the staff very friendly and comfortable to do business with.
