This is the second time that I've rented from this location, this year. The level of service has been high on both occasions.
This was our third year renting from Empire, we find the staff very friendly and comfortable to do business with.

Awesome experience!
I was told orally to return the vehicle by 6:00PM and that was the closing time on their web site. I returned at 5:15 to find no one there. I called and was told to leave it on the street outside and put the keys in the night box. Apparently it was left outside overnight, ticketed, and I was not told a ticket was issued. Now I have a big fine and penalty added to the rental cost because they close before the posted hours which still say 6:00PM as of November 18, 2019.
