I was told orally to return the vehicle by 6:00PM and that was the closing time on their web site. I returned at 5:15 to find no one there. I called and was told to leave it on the street outside and put the keys in the night box. Apparently it was left outside overnight, ticketed, and I was not told a ticket was issued. Now I have a big fine and penalty added to the rental cost because they close before the posted hours which still say 6:00PM as of November 18, 2019.

I called the location to confirm my reservation. They said to call the call center. I called the call center and they transferred me to another number. The person at that line said they were with another customer and they would call me back. They didn't call back. So 3 different people / locations didn't confirm my reservation, so when I arrived at the location they had to call another location and have them bring a car and I had to wait an hour.

I rented a 15 passenger Van and it was ready when I arrived, staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The location of the Rental Lot is in a busy delivery area and most of the rentals are vans and trucks. Parkway is two blocks away and you are on the way. Again, very helpful and I will rent again nest time a van is need for my Church
