Beverley was excellent - same with her colleague who was working in the lot (I didn't catch his name). The rental vehicle wasn't as cheap as some other outlets but the customer service helped make up the difference. Would definitely rent there again! Many thanks.

Pleasant and swift
Although the vehicle I requested was not available at the location I selected to pick up from, it was available at another location and the staff made sure to secure the vehicle for me. Overall, the staff was very courteous and helpful. I was pleased with my rental.
