We have rented many times and everyone has been very accommodating. I deal with the reservation and my husband is the driver, so I can only speak to the people I've spoken with, but they have been great. Marlene is always such so lovely and helpful. Kudos to Marlene! And we had to switch our dates kind of at the last minute and the person I spoke with (was in Jonathan? Not sure....) was incredibly helpful and tried to get us the best deal possible. He was great too. GREAT customer service.

Gloria was amazing and very professional snd made sure i knew all information and was very comfortable.
They were an hour and a 1/2 late for delivery and didn’t pick the car up until the day after they were supposed to. The service was horrible. I asked to speak to a manager regarding a refund for delivery services both ways and was never called.
Overall van’s condition wasn’t good enough and not clean. On the other hand your crews were very helpful and knowledgeable about customer service.

Reservation did not work properly and on pick-up, the car requested was not available. Supportive employee gave me another (bigger) car for a higher rate. After mailing my issue to the owner, I was promptly answered and the extra-rate was re-funded. Great and easy customer service!
