Staffs were excellent and ver helpful.
Reservation did not work properly and on pick-up, the car requested was not available. Supportive employee gave me another (bigger) car for a higher rate. After mailing my issue to the owner, I was promptly answered and the extra-rate was re-funded. Great and easy customer service!
It was my first time renting a passenger van & first time renting from Empire. From start to finish it was a really good experience. I would rent again.

I just want to say your staff at bruckner blvd was hands on with all my needs. From the lady at the front Gloria who was so helpful even when my truck broke down I called and she had someone come and bring one in a timely matter. Service was beyond my expectations and I will be renting again from this place.
