Chris is a affable and easy to work with. Even though the car was not ready through no fault of his own, he preemptively prepared the necessary paperwork and explained the finer points of the pricing with me. When I rent again through empire it will be through him!

This was my first time using your company. I made a reservation online. I got a confirmation number, two days before my rental I got email reminder with my confirmation number. Show to pick up the vehicle for my church BBQ. Only to be told I don’t have a reservation. Apparently after I receive my confirmation I was supposed to call to confirm. Poor business management skills. Almost Ruined my church BBQ. But rally together with cars and make it work. Never rent here again

The whole process was incovinent
Not unlimited milage as they claim. Was allocated 200 miles and $0.39/miles thereafter which was not my expectation. Although I placed my reservation over 72 hours prior, the car was not ready. We had to go to a different location to pick the car and once in that location the car had flat tire and it took the guy 30 minutes to check what was wrong with the tire. This made me run behind my schedule. Time is very important to me. And they did not meet that expectation.
