I've always had great service when using the company. I rent a van yearly to take a family trip and never had any problems.
Excellent service would highly recommend Empire
Made a “reservation” online, received a confirmation email with a reservation number. When I go to get the vehicle on the date of pickup the clerk tells me I do not have a reservation due to not putting down $200 deposit. I then had to change my reservation to the next day, put the $200 deposit down because the vehicle was never reserved for me. To make matters worse when I arrived the next day the vehicle was still not at the location and I had to wait 45 min for them to pickup the vehicle
My only "issue" is the mileage... For more than 3 day rental, miles should be unlimited...
It was really busy at the office but they took care of me as quickly as they could.

I have been renting from Empire Rent A Car in Northern Boulevard for years. They are always courteous and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.
Bev and the whole team at Pennsylvania location are amazing, kind people. This is the second time I rent from here and will be coming back!
Chris is a affable and easy to work with. Even though the car was not ready through no fault of his own, he preemptively prepared the necessary paperwork and explained the finer points of the pricing with me. When I rent again through empire it will be through him!
