Upon arriving to pickup my car, I was not greeted or acknowledged. Very poor customer service on this agent's part. Fordham road location
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. My appointment was unconfirmed having booked online. I understand the company’s policy, but utilized the online booking because I did not have the time to call in during business hours. For staff to be unaware and unable to accommodate a reservation made during normal business hours is unacceptable. I wasted time and money traveling between rental locations and have no plans to use this agency again
I thought Maria was excellent and very helpful. I rented from the bruckner location. She was patient and supportive throughout the entire rental process.

Rental was slightly dirty in the inside, seats needed minor vacuum,, and one of the doors had white dirty powder smudges on it. Overall experience was good, car was very nice and luxurious, might purchase the same model in the future.
