Was very well but car was smaller then expected

They made everything so easy for me under the circumstances . & I was able to get the van same day
Our rental experience was very good and we enjoy the car that we rent.
I received a dirty vehicle which I understood at the time and because of the limited availability I decided to keep it. I later noticed after rental that there was a substance in the rear that appeared to be human feces. I contacted the rental location as well as the main office and all occasions I was either promised a call back or told no one was aware of any problem. I ended up renting another vehicle from another provider. I will not rent from this company again
