Great
It would have been better if the car was clean. It was for prom, so we had to clean it up some before taking pics. I'm used t picking up a shiny rental. Other than that, it was fine.
The manager Kevin was incredibly professional, fast and nice in explaining policy and providing a quick service
I had to wait for an hour and a half for my vehicle to arrive, it was booked for 8am, I arrived at 11am, as I was late, it still wasn't there

The overall experience was easy and the car was perfect for our trip. I wasn't clear about returning it after hours, but seems they offer that option. Either way, I returned it in the morning and everything was fine. Overall it was a good experience.
